Direct Repair Program:
Being on a direct repair program allows us to have faster cycle times. Meaning, you won't have to wait for 3 to 4 estimates. There won't be any supplements due to poor estimating, or due to lack of facility tear down. We will always have consistent pricing structure and proper repair & replacement times. We can provide you with one of our rentals immediately!
There will be direct estimating & claims control, we will write the estimate as well as take pictures of all the damages. We can then e-mail the information directly to the person handling your claim. Once it has been approved, we'll get the parts ordered and start the job or schedule an appointment for your repair if your car is still drivable.
